I can't really do much with my PSP and I'm worried about breaking it. It's already a bit battered because it's 2nd hand and I dropped it at some point, and I couldn't use XLink Kai so I'm just going to wait until the new game comes out and get that + the new console it's on. Haven't really treated myself in ages so that's that.

ahh its easy to hack psp now anyway. i couldnt get xlink kai to work either. yeah i want new mon hin hopefully we can link up when it is out

I suppose so, although even if I did hack it, I wouldn't have a clue what to do with it. I just play Monster Hunter, and maybe a bit of Dissidia or Breath of Fire 3 when bored of that.

But yush, playing MH with you would be a ton of fun. Neslug on dA here was telling me I ought to get the game and console, then linking up and playing would be a lot easier. o3o

nah hacking it is a lot easier than getting the game.
You don't even need a umd disc afterwards and there is way more stuff to do with a hack psp.
There even some hack that lets you use it as a emulator controller and other console emulators. I got a gba emulator on mine not tried the ps1 though.
But if you are talking about the new consoles its not yet hackable yet.
